Hello – my name is Amanda Janowski, Senior Executive Host at Harrah’s Joliet. If you’re a Seven Stars Club member, you may have spoken with me before when I was a Seven Stars Club concierge in the newly formed VIP Services Department. I have also served Harrah’s Joliet players at the Total Rewards Center, so I’m very familiar with helping you get the most from our rewards and promotions.
